Spring is a busy time for CAI and we hope to meet with you at one of our upcoming events!
Our very own Priscila Montana, CEO of Cultural Awareness International, will be attending the 2017 EuRA Conference from April 25th – April 28th. Be sure to connect with her if you are able.
While at EuRA this week, don’t miss Mercedes D’Angelo’s presentation on “Managing Expatriate Risk.” Mercedes is the Director of Global Business Solutions for CAI. Having worked and lived extensively internationally, Mercedes is able to provide a keen eye on what to expect and how to help international workers adapt on new assignments. Her session will explore key behaviors and different risk factors that can impact performance of an international assignee. She’ll take a closer look at:
- Understanding different types of risk that can hinder a goal i.e. physical, environmental, and behavioral.
- Exploring core behavioral competencies required for assignment success.
- The essentials of how relocation services reduce risk.
- Uncovering strategies for employees and their families to effectively mitigate risk
- Maximizing ROI through these measures.
Mercedes will present on April 27th at 11:00am on Krolewski Floor 2.
But that’s not all! Below are a few more ways we hope to connect with you in May —
Our Director of Destination Services, Marnita Williams, will be in Denver Colorado for the FEM Americas Summit from May 3rd to May 4th. Please stop by to get to know her and see what CAI can do for you for your destinations services! Moving is difficult, but much less so with one of our skilled consultants on the ground guiding and assisting you along the way. Speak to Marnita about how we can take the stress of relocation off your shoulders.
From May 10th through May 12th, you can find Mercedes D’Angelo once again sharing her insight and expertise at the Gulf Coast Symposium in Houston, Texas. Mercedes will explore diversity and inclusion in global programs, focusing on cultural values as they complement and challenge the shifting global mobility landscape. For example, what is the role of women in the workforce globally? How does gender inclusion translate across borders? And what about on our very on U.S. soil? All of this and more at the “Stand Out!” conference.
Finally, Mercedes will once again lead us into the summer season in Atlanta, Georgia May 21st through May 24th at the ATD 2017 Conference. Stop by booth 344 to learn which of our solutions best meet your relocation and training needs. As summer tends to be a busy time in the world of Global Mobility, now is the time to explore how to make the transition easier for you and your company!
We look forward to getting to know you and providing you with excellent service to meet all of your relocation and cultural training needs. Here’s to a great spring and an even better summer to come!
