Cultural Awareness International (CAI), a privately owned and managed boutique firm specializing in global relocation/destination services and cross-cultural training is currently seeking an in-house  Administrative Assistant in our Dallas, Texas office. This is a challenging and demanding position in a very fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Drafting professional responses to incoming emails and returning phone calls
  • Maintaining the CAI database and various files, both hard and electronic
  • Creating and updating weekly reports
  • Developing and shipping professional materials to key service partners
  • Acting as primary point of contact for service partners
  • Supporting CAI managers and department heads
  • Responding to needs of corporate clients and executives

Qualifications and expertise:

  • 2-4 years administrative support experience, including typing, filing, proofreading, etc.
  • College degree required
  • International experience (living or working) and languages, a plus
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to listen, interpret and communicate is essential
  • High level of competence utilizing Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, Power Point
  • Database experience important
  • Must be highly organized  and have a strong sense of urgency and delivery
  • Must demonstrate a pleasant “can do” attitude

Qualifications and experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years professional domestic or international relocation work experience required
  • Bachelor\’s degree required; Masters degree welcomed

  • Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Outstanding communication, above average writing skills and proficiency in the English Language required
  • International experience and/or foreign language fluency preferable

Cultural Awareness International (CAI), a privately owned and managed boutique firm specializing in relocation services and cross cultural training is currently seeking a Sales and Marketing Business Associate in our Dallas, Texas office.

As the Sales and Marketing Business Associate, your responsibilities would include market research, competitive analysis, data analysis, reporting, planning, and social media marketing.

Overall Responsibility:

In this newly created role, the team will look to the Business Associate to support and improve,

  • Sales Related Activities (50%): support
    • Sales forecasting, reporting, tracking and communications; including supporting with proposal writing, PowerPoint presentations and client and partner meetings.
    • Schedule calls for Business Development purposes – either from website leads or other sources
    • Database
  • Marketing Related Activities (50%): support
    • Branding efforts for additional market visibility
    • Social media visibility: blogging, tweeting and other social media efforts;
    • Website lead generation by working to develop a cogent strategy for social media and other marketing channels.
    • Marketing and sales functions with data analytics, reporting, market research, competitive analysis.

Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform extensive market research; including determining brand perceptions and reputations, competitor analysis and market penetration.
  • Create a social media campaign in collaboration with colleagues in product management and IT partners that enhances CAI’s branding and our market visibility.
  • Track and analyze key metrics:
    • Analyze marketing metrics to identify cause and effect relationships; including examining a campaign’s return on investment.
    • Proactively analyzes web-site lead win-loss data and report on key findings to leadership.
    • Generate reports that analyze competition and customers.
  • Report analysis for the Sales and Marketing, including: executive reporting marketing results, campaign tracking and analysis, and strategic analysis as needed.
  • Collaborate to develop marketing strategies to support specific CAI sales objectives. Assess efficacy of these strategies once implemented.
  • Conduct secondary research, including finding information from industry associations, partners and other sources.
  • Evaluate demographics, prices, distribution channels, and marketing outlets so as to identify new market opportunities.



The ideal candidates will have Business Associate experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and client focused environment.

Necessary Requirements:

  • 3-5 years in a Business Associate or similar role;
  • Bachelor’s degree a must – preferably in Business, Marketing or related area;
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities;
  • In-depth knowledge/experience with social media and internet marketing;
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills; including an eye for editing.
  • Excellent computer skills particularly Excel & PowerPoint are required.


  • Relocation industry or training industry experience
  • International living and/or working experience
  • Foreign language fluency

Cultural Awareness International, Inc. (CAI), is seeking a full time Senior Interculturalist in our Dallas headquarters as a member of CAI’s Intercultural Solutions team.  The Senior Interculturalist reports to the Manager of Intercultural Solutions and supports the Program Manger, Global Assignment Coordinators, and Business Development in the design and delivery of high quality Intercultural Program and solutions.  As part of the Intercultural Solutions Team, the Senior Interculturalist will facilitate the development and creation of all training curriculum and products related to CAI’s intercultural solutions.


CAI’s Senior Interculturalist is responsible for materials and curriculum design, network coordination and sourcing, along with facilitation of individual and group programs for CAI’s multinational corporate clients.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

  • Masters in Intercultural Communication (or related field) and/or Certificate in Intercultural Communication
  • A minimum of 5 years of international/intercultural working experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the field of Intercultural education and training
  • Experience with curriculum design and development of intercultural programs
  • Experience with both individual and group training and delivery of intercultural programs
  • Familiarity with E-learning solutions and assessments a plus
  • Certification in the IDI preferred
  • Second language(s) preferred
