Global Assignment Coordinator
Cultural Awareness International (CAI) is seeking a Global Assignment Coordinator, a virtual position for the US/Texas-based applicants who are authorized to work in the United States. CAI is a challenging and demanding position in a very fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Scheduling and coordination of services for international and domestic assignees
- Partnering, monitoring and directing local and remote service providers
- Building relationships with client representatives in order to provide the highest possible service
- Manage the day to day administration of services/programs
Qualifications and experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years professional international relocation/intercultural training experience required
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree welcomed
- Case management and customer service experience
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication, above average writing skills and proficiency in the English Language required
- International experience and/or foreign language fluency preferably Spanish
- Strong attention to detail
- GMS and/or CRP a plus as well as any Intercultural Communication Certifications
- Texas applicants preferred but not required
Compensation

Junior Global Assignment Administrative Assistant
Cultural International Awareness (CAI) is seeking a full-time Junior Global Assignment Administrative Assistant, a virtual position for the US/Texas-based applicants who are authorized to work in the United States.
As a member of CAI’s Destination Services team, this position reports to the Director of Destination Services and VP of Intercultural Services, as well as the President and CEO as applicable.
The Junior Global Assignment Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing exceptional support to the Global Account Coordination Team. The primary responsibility is enhancing client satisfaction by providing support throughout the full cycle of relocation assignments in regards to Relocation Services and Cross-Cultural Services.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Providing support for the full cycle of relocation assignments for both Relocation and Cross-cultural programs
- Set up of new assignments and data entry support
- Act as primary point of contact for new client requests
- Support Management Team
- Research on different topics required by Global Account Coordination Team

Senior Interculturalist
Cultural Awareness International (CAI) is seeking a full-time Senior Interculturalist, a virtual position for the US/Texas-based applicants who are authorized to work in the United States.
As a member of CAI’s Intercultural Solutions team, the Senior Interculturalist reports to the VP of Intercultural Solutions and supports the Program Manager, Global Assignment Coordinators, and Business Development in the design and delivery of high-quality Intercultural Program and solutions. As part of the Intercultural Solutions Team, the Senior Interculturalist will facilitate the development and creation of all training curricula and products related to CAI’s intercultural solutions.
CAI’s Senior Interculturalist is responsible for materials and curriculum design, network coordination and sourcing, along with the facilitation of individual and group programs for CAI’s multinational corporate clients.
Qualifications and experience:
- Masters in Intercultural Communication (or related field) and/or Certificate in Intercultural Communication
- A minimum of 5 years of international/intercultural working experience
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the field of Intercultural education and training
- Experience with curriculum design and development of intercultural programs
- Experience with both individual and group training and delivery of intercultural programs
- Familiarity with E-learning solutions and assessments a plus
- Certification in the IDI preferred
- Second language(s) preferred

Destination Services Providers (US-based or Abroad)
Cultural Awareness International (CAI) is seeking experienced destination services providers both in the United States and abroad.
The ideal candidates would have experience in the relocation arena and/or have experienced the process personally. Strong knowledge of your city and surrounding areas, excellent interpersonal skills, good computer skills, and a flexible schedule are required.
The candidate must also have a reliable vehicle (preferably 4-door) and a valid driver’s license.
International experience and languages are a plus.
