Priscila Montana, President & CEO
As a third-generation expatriate, I grew up living and working abroad. I am originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina and have lived in Europe for several years. In addition, I have traveled most of my life globally and have been fortunate to see much of the world.
After attending Boston University for undergraduate school and while living in the Boston area for some years, I worked with an organization assisting multinationals from all over the world who had transitioned to a new culture and language. Their success and struggles made me realize how critical cultural understanding and support is. As such, I became increasingly more intrigued with culture and its impact on individuals, families and multinational organizations.
I started Cultural Awareness International, Inc. (CAI) more than twenty years ago to help individuals and families in cultural transition. CAI, a Certified Woman Owned and Minority firm, was one of the first companies to offer a high touch, hands-on relocation/destination services and intercultural training to employees from corporations all over the world. Our global reach spans all countries through our comprehensive network of partners in hundreds of cities across the globe. We provide solutions to corporations allowing them to maximize their effectiveness and increase their productivity, which impacts their global team partners around the world. Currently, CAI has fourteen multilingual employees and more than 450 global affiliates worldwide. We have clients in most countries, with a focus on Europe, Asia, Middle East, Africa, and Americas. We are indeed an international organization providing global services each and every day.
