Priscila A. C. Montana, M.Ed., L.P.C., founder and president of the company, is originally from Argentina and a third-generation expatriate who grew up living and working abroad.

CAI specializes in providing state of the art personalized assistance in partnership with client companies to form an extension of their in-house team. Our interactive, customized programs give participants sustainable skills and strategies for optimizing communication, business interactions and adaptation across cultures.
